He has a proven track record overseeing large private development sites from the ground up. Currently, his title is Director, Builder and Developer for SouthWestWater Company. A plethora of other development projects have been executed by Mr. Tucker during the span of his career. Real Estate projects including, but not limited to Ritz-Carlton Luxury Residences in Sarasota, FL and Tahoe, CA, townhomes/condos, single-family, multi-family, community centers, amenities, & hundreds of acres for residential and commercial space.
